Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet.
Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.

Still waterproof after two years in Cumbria
In the Lake District most waterproof things don't last long but these ARE WATERPROOF. Lots of fell walking, I have looked after them but salt from the beach has eaten the stitching. Buying another set

Had my previous Berghaus walking boots years over 25 years but these have lasted I reckon 6 months as had them over year but only wore them this winter and the stitching has come away .

Narrow fit!
I love the style of these boots but they are a really narrow fit on me. I have slightly wide feet and I'm usually a size 7 so I will have to go up a size.
