Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Feet: Measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
- Place a sheet of paper on the floor and against a wall
- Make sure you are wearing the same socks that you would normally wear with this type of shoe
- Wearing these socks, stand on the sheet of paper with your foot perpendicular to the wall and your heel against the wall.
- Then use a pen to draw a line just in front of your big toe. Repeat for both feet and take the longer distance to determine your size.
- Using a ruler, measure the distance between the wall and the line you drew to find your size.
Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.

Comfy Kynthos
Kynthos Womens walking shoes felt comfortable straight from the box. A medium-wide fit allows for a thicker sock if required. The sole is grippy and secure when walking. Being Gore-Tex is a bonus.
Weight
I bought size 6. When I weighted the shoes at home it is 600g not even near 350 g.
It gives me suspicion that should I believe all the information about the shoes .
I got these shoes at Christmas 23, by March they had split at the front where your toes meet your foot (if that makes sense!) Don't recommend them, holes in, wet feet
