Constructed using Peter Storms proprietary 'Storm Shield' technology the Paloma parka has a 5000mm Hydrostatic Head with fully taped seams for a 100% waterproof shell. The new Paloma jacket been updated for this season with an improved fit around the waist and across the hem and offers the latest fabrics in a classic parka shell. The detachable fur trim is made of a softer more luxurious fabric and the overall comfort has been updated with a Borg fleece lining featured throughout.

Perfect coat!
Not waterproof
Purchased this coat for dog walking in wet weather and I was greatly disappointed as it isn't waterproof. Items in the pockets were soaking wet and water seemed to be absorbed straight into the fabric.
I'm very disappointed as I would not have purchased this item otherwise.
On a positive note It is very warm and attractive with accurate sizing.

Super Coat for Colder Days
Just received my coat today and it fits great. Well made with plenty of pockets. I love the hood and the fur trim just gives it the finishing touch. As someone reviewed earlier it is not quite the bright yellow as shown but nevertheless it is a lovely shade. This is the third coat I have bought from Millets (all Peter Storm) this winter and even introduced my daughter to them. The best winter coats I have had over the years have all been Peter Storm. I am well fit up for the next couple of years now.

Great waterproof and warm coat for winter . I ordered a size bigger so I can wear a jumper underneath for the colder days. The colour isn't as the picture looks. Its more burnt orange than yellow

Need some advice?
I love this coat! I was struggling to find a warm and waterproof coat that was comfortable and flattering - and this coat is all of those things! I love wearing it and it kept me dry in fairly heavy rain in its first trip out. I'm fairly small and other coats I tried on were way too voluminous (which is unflattering but also cold). This coat is nicely fitted and padded so is cosy and comfy to wear, keeps the warmth in and looks good. I'm a small ish 8 and the size 8 was perfect, including with a thick jumper underneath. Also colour is cheerful but not garish.
