Over the years I have had enormous trouble getting comfortable boots. My last pair (Hi Tec), inherited from growing son, were about 15 yrs old and started leaking. I was dreading buying more....
Bought these as the most similar to the worn out pair:
1. Comfortable
2. Waterproof
3. Very good stability don't slip: just come back from some wet walking in Madeira.
Can't go wrong: delighted with these

Excellent walking boot but...
Excellent walking boot but very narrow. I normally take a 7 in a walking boot but ended up with a men's size 8. However they are an excellent and very comfortable boot!

Fits very snug, no...
Fits very snug, no foot pain trying to wear them in. I’ve always found hi-tec to be longer lasting for me and very water tight even over the laces. I wear boots out like nobody’s business. I’m heavy on the toes.
Do try them on in store though getting a walking boot wrong will cost you in blisters which oft appear after you are far from home and or car.
Great walking boots
Amazing boots. Very comfortable and 1000% waterproof! I got stuck and had no other choice but to walk through water and my feet were completely dry. I’ve done several miles and they are still brilliant. One problem I have is that the material on the heal is torn. I got a giant blister unaware what caused it until I looked inside my boots. I wish that the material inside was a bit more durable.
Great walking boots
I bought these boots recently and am more than pleased with them! So comfortable, supportive and easy to walk in - I could hike for miles! I had tried a few different ones before finding these the best for me.
Early days but no complaints so far.........
These boots arrived this week and I have been out in them twice(covered about 8km in them).
Happy with delivery time - took three days to arrive. Kept up to date with progress of boots from ordering to delivery.
Sturdy boots that look heavy but are not. They are very comfortable to wear. Padding/ankle support is slightly uncomfortable but I think its more me adjusting to having something there.
I have worn them in the rain, through muddy terrain, very stable grip where needed. There was no water penetration and they were not caked in mud, which meant cleaning them was quick and easy!
