Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under the arms and around your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline).
HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.
INSIDE LEG: Measure from the top of your inner leg, along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

Absolutely rubbish , not windproof atall , the grippy triangles started coming off at day one , they all fell off after six weeks , waste of money

Great product. Comfortable lining & good grip textures. Low bulk cuff is very useful.
I thought the sticky bits on the palm would provide useful grip, but combined with the lack of warmth & ability to block wind, they became an annoyance. They can't be worn on their own, or as a liner.
