Narrow waist with little room for adjustment. Keep the rain out though wouldn’t want to wear them all day. Ok for soggy dog walking.

Perfect for dog walking in wet weather. Good quality and fit. I ordered xsmall for me - I’m a women’s size 8 and they are just right over trousers and tucking in thick sweaters/fleece.

Good value, well made, waterproof. Usefully long gusseted zip to allow overtrousers to be put on & off while wearing boots. Not sure how breathable they are, but can be left unfastened at the bottom of legs to let air in if necessary.
