CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under the arms and around your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline).
HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.
INSIDE LEG: Measure from the top of your inner leg, along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

To ensure you purchase the perfect fit glove for you, please follow these simple steps: Relax your dominant hand and measure with a tape measure around the knuckles (excluding the thumb) in inches (your left if you are left handed and your right if you are right handed)
Bought these to go to Norway as a decent contact gloves after 2nd time wearing the sticky grips on palm are wearing off and the thumb and fore finger phone pads have cracked! Pretty useless now
