DISAPPOINTED
Robust but disappointed in the efficiency of insulation. The lid is very secure but aperture for drinking (covered by a slide) is too small making it difficult to get sufficient liquid.
Disappointed
Good mug works well. The only problem is the handle, slightest knock and it snaps off. Just didn't expect it from berghaus.
Re previous review. Have enlarged breather & mouthpiece on lid, problems solved, works fine. Can now get a decent mouthful of drink & finish it in time to stay hot. Berghaus take note!!
