Lifesystems EX4 Anti-Mosquito clothing treatment provides long-lasting and durable protection for use on any textiles, like your clothing, tents, sun shelters or rucksacks.
EX4 can be used as one of a series of measures designed to protect against tropical diseases like Malaria, Dengue Fever and West Nile Virus.
Just spray it on to the fabric, it will stay in place for several washes. One bottle treats approximately 3.5 square metres of fabric.

Purchased to spray clothing for walking holiday, didn't use as new clothing was already treated. Will be using prior to visiting Scotland later this year.

Hopefully this will keep the little parasites away this coming season.

I sprayed 5 long sleeve shirts & 5 pairs of trousers before travelling to Goa & this treatment seemed to work a treat!
Hope it continues to work in Sri Lanka next year too!

This product was great. We've tried multiple bug repellent's and as soon as this went on our tent you could see the midges wouldn't go near it. It actually worked!
mosquito repellant
My daughter went to Vietnam for four weeks from july to august. Two weeks were spent jungle trekking. We sprayed all her clothing and shoes with this stuff. Some of her friends were covered with bites, but my daughter only got bitten four times during the whole trip. Success!
Great
Bought a couple of bottles to treat my clothes against ticks and such. Have to say they work a treat. Before I was constantly flicking ticks from my clothes but now...... they seem to be avoiding me. Very happy.
Not impressed
I have no idea if it repels Mosquitos but the sprayer doesn't spray (I had to go out & buy a plant spray bottle) & it stained some of my clothes so they are unwearable. Not impressed so far, just hope it actually works
I picked this up as it contains permethrin which is kill ticks and it does. With one bottle I manage to treat trousers, shirt, socks, trail gaiters and trail shoes. The treatment worked very well on recent outings where I noticed a few ticks attach then fall off dead.
I will be getting some more to regularly retreat clothing but will also be treating sleeping system and other gear, inc my pack.
