Wanted cheap hiking pole for 8 year old grandson who loves taking ours on walks.
At £7 this one was perfect!

Supposed to extend but ours jammed straight out of the bag. Customer service team were totally useless, they asked for my name, address, order number 4 times and then still didn't answer me. Item only cost £7 so I gave up and put it down to a bad experience. Wouldn't use this company again if that's how they treat their customers.
